Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office Requests Public Help in Solving Recent Property Crimes

Calhoun County, AL – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating recent property crimes and is calling on the public for help. By encouraging community involvement, the Sheriff’s Office hopes to improve public safety and hold those accountable for these criminal activities.

Incident 1: Sometime between May 1stand August 11th a residence was broken into on Jamback Road in Anniston.

Incident 2: Sometime between July 4th and August 16th someone stole some fishing equipment from a boat at a residence in the 3000 block of Hwy 9 in Anniston. A Hummingbird Helix 7 fish finder, a LoweranceHook 7 fish finder, and two black fishing rods with tan and silver reels were stolen.
