Anniston, AL – A festive holiday event is giving local teens the chance to showcase their creativity with icing, candy, and imagination.
A Teen Gingerbread House Contest is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 18, from 4–6 p.m. at a public library in Anniston. The event is open to teens ages 13–19, and all supplies needed to build a gingerbread house will be provided.
Participants will work individually to design and construct their own gingerbread houses, with completed creations judged on overall design and creativity. The teen whose house is selected as the top design will receive a prize.
The event is designed to offer a fun, seasonal activity for teens during the holiday season while encouraging creativity and friendly competition. Space may be limited, and the program is restricted to teens only.
