Anniston, AL — The Carver Community Center invites the community to join in honoring veterans and first responders at “Brunching with Bravery,” a special event set to take place on Saturday, November 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Doors will open at 10:45 a.m. for attendees. This unique brunch experience offers a heartfelt tribute to those who have served and continue to serve in various capacities.
Attendees will enjoy a delicious brunch catered by Dee’s BackDoor Kitchen, known locally for its culinary delights, and live entertainment will be provided by Melanin Magic. Tickets are $15, while veterans and first responders receive free admission in recognition of their service. The event aims to foster community spirit, celebrate bravery, and offer a moment of gratitude for local heroes.
This gathering is made possible with support from a variety of local sponsors, including Couch’s Jewelers, Called Coffee, Nunnally’s Noble Frame and Gallery, B&S Sporting Goods, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Theta Tau Chapter, and the Calhoun County Commission.
