ANNISTON, AL — The Community Actors’ Studio Theatre (CAST) will bring the powerful true story of the Radium Girls to the stage from March 13-16 at the JSU McClellan Theatre. This gripping drama, presented in honor of Women’s History Month, sheds light on the courageous women who fought against corporate greed and championed workplace safety in the 1920s.

Audiences will be transported back in time to witness the harrowing yet inspiring journey of the young women who unknowingly suffered from radium poisoning while painting watch dials with luminous radium paint.
