The Black History Month program aims to honor the rich cultural heritage, contributions, and achievements of African Americans throughout history. The event promises a dynamic and engaging lineup, featuring the soulful melodies of the Jacksonville High School Jazz Band. The Jacksonville Arts Council’s African animal art contests have sparked creativity within the community, and the winners will be acknowledged during the program.
