If you’re interested in being a part of this merry celebration, booth rentals are available for $40.00. For those facing financial constraints, Coach Poe is there to assist, ensuring that everyone who wishes to participate can be accommodated. Churches are encouraged to reach out to Coach Poe after completing the form. It’s important to note that vendors who haven’t paid in full by December 9th will forfeit their space, with no refunds or rain checks.

Food vendors, a key highlight of any joyful event, are reminded to bring their food and heating equipment for a delightful culinary experience.
