Anniston, AL – The City of Anniston has announced a transit alert. Please be aware of a road closure on Tuesday, March 28, and possibly on Thursday, March 30, as well. On Tuesday, March 28, the Anniston public works team will be on Lenlock Lane performing road repairs near the Sonic drive-in. During this time, Lenlock Lane from its intersection with Weaver Road, to where it turns on to Glade Road East, will be closed.
There is also a possibility this portion of Lenlock Lane will also be closed on Thursday, March 30, in order to finish the asphalt phase of this road repair if it is not completed on Tuesday.
