On Tuesday, April 5, 2022 you can join Dustbunnies and Dog Hair for the Alpaca shearing day! Starting at 9am come out and enjoy some hairy fun. Located at 1085 Anniston Beach Rd, Anniston, AL 36206 this is a public event.
Dustbunnies and Dog Hair is an animal sanctuary/ hobby farm. They currently have alpacas, llamas, donkeys, mules, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, and of course dogs.
They started by taking in unwanted, or hard to adopt dogs, that had medical needs. Then they started taking in larger animals that were in the same situation.
They have a small mobile farm/petting zoo that we use to help offset the medical needs of the sanctuary animals.
