Anniston, AL – In a move marking the largest expansion in its 47-year history, Cooper Chevrolet Buick has acquired GMC and Hyundai franchises from Superior Automotive. This acquisition significantly increases Cooper’s inventory, adding over 300 new GMC vehicles, 400 new Hyundai vehicles, and 600 pre-owned vehicles annually.
To reflect this growth, the dealership is rebranding as Cooper Auto Family, now encompassing Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Hyundai, CarBravo Certified Used, and two pre-owned car lots.
Superior GMC will relocate to Cooper’s primary dealership at 1300 S. Quintard Ave. in Anniston, where it will join Chevrolet and Buick offerings under the new name Cooper Chevrolet Buick GMC. Superior Hyundai will remain at its current location at 110 S. Quintard Ave., rebranded as Cooper Hyundai.
