    • Chairman Patterson opened up the hearing and had County Engineer, Rodney McCain, give a description of the vacation being requested in Barrington Farms. This is for a vacation of dedicated right of way (ROW). There were no public comments or questions from anyone in attendance. Chairman closed the public hearing.

      • This is an overtime grant through the City of Opelika to assist the Sheriff’s Department.
    • GoFormz License Agreement – Unanimously Approved
      • This is for documents used by the Coroner’s office and will be effective for the upcoming year through October 27, 2023, at the same price as this past year, $720.
    • Property Vacation Resolution – Unanimously Approved
      • Portion of Barrington Farms (District 4)
        • This is a vacation of dedicated ROW in Barrington Farms that is undeveloped.
    • Property Acceptance Resolution – Unanimously Approved
      • Barrington Circle Cul-de-sac (District 4)
        • Cul-de-sac of Barrington Circle, this is accepting the ROW for the existing constructed cul-de-sac for maintenance.
    • EMPG Grant Acceptance – Federal – Unanimously Approved
      • This is an EMA grant in the amount of $2,979 and is reimbursement for expenditures during FY2021.
    • Quality Correctional Health Care – Inmate Medical Agreement – Unanimously Approved
      • This is an agreement with the P&A Administrative Services to handle the FSA accounts for employees.
    • Flexible Spending Account Agreement – Unanimously Approved
      • This is an agreement with the P&A Administrative Services to handle the FSA accounts for employees.
    • Employment Contract – Voting Machine Technician/Custodian – Unanimously Approved
      • This agreement is to provide medical services to the county inmates.
    • Board Appointments – Unanimously Approved
      • MPO Citizens Advisory Committee (District 2, District 3)
        • Commissioner Shears (District 2) appointed Julie Borelli. Commissioner Henderson (District 3) reappointed Dr. David West. These terms are through August 2026.
