Anniston, AL — Anniston Museums and Gardens invites the public to learn more about its live animal residents during Creature Feature, a monthly educational program held on the second Saturday of each month.
The January installment is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and will take place inside the museum’s exhibit halls. During the program, visitors will have the opportunity to meet one of the museum’s animal ambassadors and learn about its characteristics, habitat, and role in the natural world.
Anniston Museums and Gardens is home to a variety of live reptiles, mammals, and birds. Each Creature Feature focuses on a different animal, offering a unique experience each month. Program organizers note that the featured animal may vary, adding an element of surprise for returning visitors.
Creature Feature is included with regular museum admission and is free for Anniston Museums and Gardens members. The program is designed to be educational and family-friendly, providing an interactive way for guests to engage with wildlife while visiting the museum.
