On Saturday, April 23, 2022 come enjoy Don Felder live at the Oxford Performing Arts Center at 7:30 pm. Famously the songwriter of the international smash hit Hotel California, and an inductee in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Don Felder will rock OPAC with his musical talents. Following nearly thirty years as a lead guitarist with the Eagles, he has toured with rock bands (and former OPAC headliners) Styx, Foreigner, and REO Speedwagon. His music helped craft the feel of dozens of movies, and he contributed solo tracks on Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Big Lebowski, and Heavy Metal. He has also been a guest performer on albums including the Bee Gees’ Living Eyes, Stevie Nicks’ Bella Donna and Wild Heart, Diana Ross’ Eaten Alive, Bob Seger’s Distance, Joe Walsh’s There Goes the Neighborhood and You Bought It, You Name It, and Robin Zander’s eponymous release. Lately touring with his own group, the Don Felder Band, his recent albums include Airborne, Road to Forever, and American Rock ‘n’ Roll. This will be a night to remember!
