OXFORD, ALDouble Barrel will take the stage at the Oxford Performing Arts Center on Friday, January 10, delivering a night of classic rock-inspired music rooted in the sounds that shaped a generation.

Formed in Jacksonville, AL, Double Barrel is built around a shared appreciation for the golden era of rock and roll. Drawing influence from bands such as Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, and Creedence Clearwater Revival, the group blends vintage rock foundations with a contemporary edge. Their sound features prominent guitar work, driving rhythms, and vocals influenced by traditional rock storytelling.

The band’s approach emphasizes authenticity, relying on analog tones, live instrumentation, and original songs that reflect classic rock’s raw and expressive style. According to event organizers, Double Barrel’s performances aim to recreate the energy of early rock concerts, with an emphasis on musicianship and audience connection.
