Oxford, AL – Residents and supporters of Oxford are encouraged to save the date for an upcoming event geared towards maintaining the scenic allure of the historic downtown area – Downtown Litter Cleanup Days. Scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, this event aims to bring the community together to actively contribute to the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our beloved Main Street.
On the designated day, participants are asked to convene at Simmons Park, located at 400 Main Street. All necessary supplies, including gloves and bags, will be provided to ensure a seamless and efficient cleanup process. It’s an excellent opportunity for both long-time residents and newcomers alike to engage in a collective effort that positively impacts the local environment.
