Anniston, AL – East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy Job Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Director for East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy. This position will act as a liaison with national, state, regional, and local organizations and influence the contributions of diverse groups of directors, donors, volunteers, and community groups. The Executive Director works with the Board of Directors to
assist in defining priorities and to build and develop teamwork between the agency and community volunteer leaders.
The Executive Director will work with the Program and Financial staff to continually refine and offer guidance in implementing the strategic growth plan to expand and position East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy as a leader in services and programs for persons with a disability. The candidate will ideally possess an MBA, MPA, or related advanced degree with 7 of the most recent 10 + years of experience and a track record in strategic leadership of an organization. Applicants will be considered without the above if they possess extensive leadership experience in a related field. The ideal candidate must also possess a strong understanding of finance and performance management principles and an in-depth working knowledge of the nonprofit organizational laws and regulations.
