EVACUATION NOTICE: Wildfire Threatens Pleasant Valley/Jacksonville Area PLEASANT VALLEY, AL — Per the Calhon County EMA, a wildfire has been reported in the area of NE Faith Drive and is rapidly moving toward Foster West. Emergency officials have issued an immediate evacuation order for residents in the affected areas.

- Faith Drive
- Grey Harslon

5:56pm Per the Calhoun County Sherrif’s Office: – There is a fire in the area of Charity Circle and Charlie Penny Road in the Asberry community. There are 15 to 20 homes in danger. We are going door to door to notify the residents. EMA is doing a reverse call back for the area to assist in notifications.
