Oxford, AL – On Saturday, October 26, 2024, the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) in collaboration with the Birmingham FBI Field Office will host a special event at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama. The day will feature a 5K race for adults and a 1K run for kids, with all proceeds going to benefit the FBIAA Memorial College Fund for Children of Fallen Agents.

The event promises a fun-filled day for families, with numerous activities planned, including police and fire rescue displays, a BearCat display, and a police K-9 working demonstration. Oxford Police Department’s Aviation Unit will also be on hand to showcase its resources. Children can look forward to a “Trunk-or-Treat” experience, where they are welcome to come in costume, as well as a special swearing-in ceremony just for kids.
