In accordance with the presidential proclamation, Gov. Kay Ivey has ordered flags to be displayed at half-staff today, January 13, as a mark of respect for former U.S. Senator Harry Reid, who passed away December 28, 2021. Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, January 13, 2022.
