“Gadsden State is offering an opportunity for graduating seniors to secure essential financial aid as they continue their educational journey,” said Andy Green, dean of Student Services. “Our college aims to alleviate some of the burdens associated with accessing quality education.”

Valued at over $2,000, the Start Strong Scholarship is available to students who enroll full-time for both semesters. The scholarship extends beyond the Gadsden State service area, offering in-state tuition rates to out-of-state students. However, students who have already been awarded a graduating high school senior scholarship may not qualify for additional funds.

Interested students should visit www.gadsdenstate.edu/apply to complete the admissions application if they have not already done so. They must also fill out the 2024 Graduating High School Senior Application, available at www.gadsdenstate.edu/scholarships. To apply, click on the scholarship application button and log in using your Gadsden State email and default password.

For more information or questions, students can contact the scholarship office at [email protected].

This scholarship represents an excellent opportunity for high school graduates to kickstart their college education with financial support, ensuring they can focus more on their studies and less on financial stress.
