JSU's Alpha Omicron Pi Presents Spookathon

Jacksonville, AL – October 17, 2023 – Jacksonville State University’s Alpha Omicron Pi sorority is gearing up to host the most thrilling Halloween event of the year, Spookathon, set to take place on October 26th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Paul Carpenter Village, also known as JSU’s Fraternity Row. What makes this event even more spooktacular is that all proceeds will be dedicated to Alpha Omicron Pi’s philanthropy, The Arthritis Research Foundation.

Spookathon promises an evening of spine-tingling excitement that brings the local community and JSU students together for an unforgettable Halloween celebration. This year, Alpha Omicron Pi has excitingly partnered with the Pi Kappa Phi, Kappa Alpha Order, and Kappa Sigma fraternities, who will transform their houses into eerie and chilling haunted attractions, offering an unforgettable experience to all the brave souls who dare to enter.

This Halloween extravaganza boasts a diverse range of activities that cater to all ages.

Highlighted features of Spookathon include:

Three Terrifying Haunted Houses: Brace yourself for a journey through each fraternity’s haunted house, filled with chills and thrills. Tickets are a mere $10, granting access to all three haunted houses, or $4 for each individual house.

Costume Contest: Participants have a chance to win a gift card prize! So, put on your most creative costume and join the competition.
