Anniston, AL – Families and animal lovers are invited to the Anniston Museums and Gardens on Saturday, April 12th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for a special encounter with some of the museum’s fascinating live animal residents.
As part of the museum’s Second Saturday Animal Ambassador Program, guests will have the chance to meet and learn about one of AM&G’s many live animal ambassadors. From reptiles to mammals and birds, the museum is home to a diverse group of creatures that play an important role in education and conservation efforts.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for visitors of all ages to engage with wildlife and discover more about the animals that live right here at the museum,” said organizers. “Each month features a different ambassador, so no two visits are ever the same!”
The program will take place in the exhibit halls at the museum, located on Museum Drive in Anniston, Alabama (36206). No registration is required, and the event is included with general admission. AM&G members can attend for free.
The Animal Ambassador Program is held on the second Saturday of every month, making it a regular favorite for those looking to enjoy an interactive and educational weekend activity.
For those planning a visit, don’t forget to explore the rest of the Anniston Museums and Gardens, which features engaging exhibits, beautiful gardens, and hands-on experiences for all ages.
