Oxford, AL – On Sunday, September 18th the Glow & Grow Charity 5K Run will be held by Safe Haven Counseling Foundation at Choccolocco Park. This is the fourth year of our Glow and Grow 5K! Like last year, in addition to the adult 5K, they will also have a fun run for up to age 12 at 6:30 pm. The price of adult registration includes a t-shirt and the price of kids registration includes a medal. Medals will be given for the top three overall male and female runners. First place medals will also be given for the top male and female runner in each age category: 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
