Lorie Denton, City of Oxford Spokeswoman, shared that the City of Oxford and RAM Hotels will host a groundbreaking ceremony for TownePlace Suites on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
About RAM Hotels: RAM Hotels currently has 25 open hotels, with one under construction and 11 planned. Our portfolio consists of very highly marketable and dominant brands such as Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Home2, Courtyard, TownePlace, Fairfield, and Holiday Inn Express. In 2016 – 2018, our investment budget came to a close with $185 million in new development in the State of Alabama. The 2019 – 2021 development budget totals $135 million, of which, $65 million is under construction with a balance to commence in early 2023. At that time, our total portfolio is expected to exceed $325 million, employee 850+ full-time and part-time team members, along with a robust staff of 20+ at our corporate office.
