OXFORD, AL – HOPE Family Services, a ministry of Sav-A-Life Calhoun County, will host a Backyard BBQ and Silent Auction on Friday, July 18, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Hubbard’s Out Back in Oxford. The event aims to raise funds for the organization’s Baby Basics Program, which provides parenting education and essential supplies for infants.
Guests attending the event can expect an evening of food, live music, and a silent auction featuring items donated by local businesses and community members. Tickets are $50 per person or $75 per couple and must be purchased in advance.
The Baby Basics Program offers support to parents through online education, mentoring, and the distribution of diapers, wipes, clothing, car seats, and other infant necessities. Proceeds from the BBQ and auction will go directly to supporting these services.
