The Jacksonville Parks and Recreation will host the 10 & Under District IV Basketball Tournament this weekend February 22 and 23, 2019.

The entrance fee is $5 (6 and under is free). Jacksonville will be hosting 17 teams from across the district, including teams from Pell City, Anniston, Gadsden, Heflin, Springville, Centre, Piedmont and Jacksonville.

This will be a boys tournament and a girls tournament. The first place winner and the runner up will qualify to participate in the State tournament hosted by the City of Trussville March 8-10.

Recreation and Athletic Coordinator, Ed “Doc” Canady stated that the entire PARD team is excited to welcome these teams to our city.

Please come out and support the kids, the city of Jacksonville, and use to enjoy a fun weekend of basketball!

The bracket schedule for both the boys and girls is included below.

Mr. Canady also wanted to thank all the dedicated coaches who worked with this great group of boys and girls.
