- Nancy Gillispie with Jacksonville Arts Council to remind all of the Juried Art Show at JSU
- Gary Humphreys owner of Red Bird. He addressed the council two weeks ago regarding his civil liberties being violated by a city employee. He has not received any communications from any member of the city. He is asking about the policy and procedures that are in place regarding this matter. He specifically wants to know what the position of the city on personal facebook usage to conduct city businesses. He wants to know exactly what the policies is and who is monitoring the process to ensure fair and unbiased targeting. He informed the city he was not going to sit by silently and let this go back.
