- Matthew Walls – Spoke regarding that the IT work he has been doing for the various city services. He wanted to speak to the number of problems he found after coming in after Timothy E. Smith. Mr. Walls referenced the council’s agenda item to hire Mr. Smith on this agenda. He was very disappointed that no one from the city speak to him about the city’s decision to go in a different direction. He wanted to go on record to express his concern about the problems that would arise in hiring Mr. Smith.
- Consider action to approve the Jacksonville Public Safety Training Room Policy. – Unanimously Accepted
- Consider action to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional service agreement with Timothy E. Smith, d/b/a TES. – Unanimously Accepted
- Consider action to approve the Water Works, Gas and Sewer Board Charged Off Accounts for the period February 10, 2019 through July 10, 2019. – Unanimously Accepted
- Consider action to authorize the Mayor to sign the Annual Audiobook Lease Agreement, for the period October 3, 2019 to October 2, 2020, with TEI Landmark Audio, for a total amount of $9,990.00. – Unanimously Accepted
- Consider action to approve the Stand-By Fees for the Fire Department, per the attached Jacksonville Fire Department Standard Operating Guidelines.
- Consider action to approve the current list of Volunteer Firefighters. – Unanimously Accepted
