JACKSONVILLE, AL — The Jacksonville Garden Club is teaming up with Tree Amigos this Saturday, May 4, for a special plant sale benefiting both organizations. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jacksonville Garden Club greenhouse, located on Gardner Street in Jacksonville.
Shawn Curry, a representative of the Jacksonville Garden Club, shared that the sale will feature a wide variety of plants perfect for spring planting and Mother’s Day gifts. “We have blueberries, plum trees, native azaleas, hanging baskets and lots more,” Curry said. “This is a great way to support two local gardening organizations while picking up something beautiful for your yard or a loved one.”
Buyers should note that the sale will be cash only, and no vegetable plants will be available at this event—just trees and flowers.
