Jacksonville Parks and Recreation to Host Toddler and Kiddo Olympics on July 26

Jacksonville, AL – The City of Jacksonville Parks and Recreation Department is set to host two youth-oriented athletic events on Saturday, July 26, designed to encourage physical activity and community participation among children.

The annual Toddler Olympics will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., welcoming children ages 2 to 4. Activities will include a run, obstacle course, long jump, and ball toss. Registration is $10 per participant, and preregistration is required.

Later in the day, the city will launch the first Kiddo Olympics, created for children ages 5 to 12. Scheduled from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., the event will feature the same engaging activities, with prizes awarded to first, second, and third place winners in each event. The registration fee is also $10, with preregistration required.
