The Jacksonville Police Department is seeking information about a suspect that was caught on surveillance camera breaking into the Wells Fargo Bank at 1527 Pelham Rd. South.
On August 29, 2021 at approximately 12:48 am the Jacksonville Police Department was notified of an alarm at the Wells Fargo Bank. Upon Arrival responding officers located damage to an exterior window but no suspect was on the premises. After reviewing the security tapes it was learned that an unknown male wearing a mask had gained entry into the business. The male was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with “Marines” printed on the front.
The suspect was also seen by someone at a local gas station approximately 3 hours later wearing the same clothing.
Jacksonville Investigators are requesting that he contact them immediately in reference to this incident at (256) 782-3897.
