Jacksonville Public Library Hosts Beginner Calligraphy Workshop

Beginning Calligraphy

Jacksonville, AL – The Jacksonville Public Library invites the community to explore the art of calligraphy with its Beginner Calligraphy Workshop on Saturday, January 25th, at 10:00 AM. The event will take place at the library, located at 200 Pelham Rd S, Jacksonville, AL 36265.

This public event is open to anyone interested in learning the basics of calligraphy, including techniques for crafting beautiful invitations, announcements, and more. Participants will receive hands-on instruction tailored for beginners, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to the art form.

The workshop requires a $10 fee, which includes all materials such as markers and paper. Participants must register in person at the library by January 24th, as space is limited. Please note that payment is cash only.

The event is open to individuals aged 13 and up, providing a creative and educational experience for teens and adults alike.
