Jacksonville, AL – At its meeting on December 10, 2024, the Board of Trustees for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmed Jacksonville State University’s (Jax State) accreditation for a full 10 years. This prestigious decision, made with no additional reports required, marks the highest endorsement of Jax State’s compliance with SACSCOC’s rigorous standards for academic quality, institutional integrity, and student success.
The reaffirmation secures Jax State’s accredited status through 2034, highlighting its excellence in governance, academic programs, faculty credentials, student support services, and financial stability.
