Official Release

The Gamecock Market, located in the basement of Sparkman Hall, offers food, hygiene products and other basic supplies to students and employees in need, including those who are sick or in isolation/quarantine due to COVID-19.

If you would like to make a donation for those affected by COVID-19, the following items are needed at this time: Ramen Noodles, Ravioli, Canned Soups, Granola Bars, Grits, Non-perishable Juices, Sports Drinks (Gatorade, Body Armor) and Capri Sun. A list of regular donations is available on the Gamecock Market website

Items may be dropped off at the Military and Post Traditional Student Services Office in the basement of Daugette Hall during normal university business hours. For clubs/organizations and offices with a large number of donations, contact Elizabeth Morrow to arrange a UPD officer to pick up and deliver to the market. If you are in need of donations, complete the curbside checkout form and you will be notified when a package is available for pickup. Email [email protected] if you have any questions.
