Jacksonville, AL – The City of Jacksonville will host a public celebration in honor of Mayor Johnny Smith’s retirement, marking 33 years of dedicated service to the community. The event will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 320 Church Avenue SE in Jacksonville.
