Anniston, AL – Starting on October 20th and lasting through the 22nd Anniston will hold the first Jazz & Art Festival from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm each day. Main Street Anniston, the City of Anniston, and Cheaha Creative Arts have come together to bring the community 3 days of music and arts.
This event will be held at 1118 Noble Street, inside what was formerly known as “The Village” or “Noble Shops”.
Beginning on Thursday, October 20th with an outdoor, community concert and low country boil, guests can enjoy a touch of New Orleans backdropped by the beautiful, “Jazz Communion” mural at the intersection of 11th and Noble. The Jazz Festival will be held from 6pm till 9pm this night.
This event is FREE, but VIP tickets are available for purchase through Main Street Anniston.
Inside, art galleries and exhibits by local artists and artisans will be available for your viewing and purchasing pleasure. Enjoy your evening strolling along the winding cobblestone path with art and music at every turn.
Do you have children interested in the arts? For a $10 donation, your child can join the Make & Take Workshop and participate in the creation of a Community Mural that will be displayed in Downtown Anniston.
