Come Celebrate the STATE CHAMPIONS on the Jacksonville Square Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 2:30pm.
Plan to join us April 3 in celebration of the JHS – Jacksonville High School Golden Eagles, winners of the Alabama High School Athletics Association’s 4A state basketball championship! We’ll meet at 2:30 p.m. at Public Square and watch a short parade, followed by a proclamation from the mayor in the park. Alabama 21/Pelham Road will be briefly closed to traffic at the square during the parade; police will help with detouring. There will be signed autographs and posters given away. Also make sure to visit the local stores on the square!
