Anniston, AL – A Job and Resource Fair will take place on Wednesday, August 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Anniston City Meeting Center.
The event is sponsored by the Calhoun County Department of Human Resources (DHR) through its JOBS and A-RESET programs. The fair will connect attendees with employment opportunities and community resources aimed at supporting individuals and families in their career and personal development.
Participants will have the chance to meet with local employers, learn about available positions, and explore services designed to provide training, job readiness, and supportive resources. Organizers say the fair is open to the public and is intended to help bridge the gap between job seekers and area businesses while also highlighting assistance available through DHR programs.
