Anniston, AL – On Saturday, July 27th, Lake Yahou Lake will be the location for a catch-and-release kids fishing rodeo from 3 to 6 PM. The event invites families to enjoy an afternoon of fishing and fellowship in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Children can participate in the fishing activities for free, provided that a parent or guardian signs a liability release form available at the event’s set-up table. However, if parents or guardians wish to fish as well, they will need to purchase a $5 fishing license on-site at the set-up table.
Snacks and water will be provided for all attendees, and there will be a kids-only giveaway with prizes of $30 for first place, $20 for second place, and $10 for third place. The park is conveniently located off the 431 Bypass.
