TO: The heirs and next-of-kin of Decedent George Green, Jr.:
You are hereby notified that a Petition to Close Decedent’s Estate or to Withdraw Bond, has been filed in the Probate Court of Calhoun County, Alabama by Douglas A. Dellaccio, Jr. and RIA Bonds, Inc. This matter is set to be heard by Calhoun County Probate Judge Shirley A. Millwood on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Probate Court of Calhoun County, located at 1702 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201.
The Petitioners are requesting that the Court close the Estate of Decedent George Green, Jr. or, in the alternative, be relieved of their duties in the administration of the same. Should you have any opposition to the Petitioner’s Motion, your participation in the subject hearing is required.
