How can that be?? I just read in the ‘Legal Notices‘ for Jacksonville their list of Guns being held for whatever reason. 
How can the JPD be holding TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE guns that they haven’t returned to their rightful owners?? How can investigators not be able to identify ownership by the serial numbers? Atleast the short guns. 295?? That is just unreal.
