ANNISTON, AL — Main Street Anniston has announced the implementation of AL Spark, a new small business marketing grant program designed to support and empower local entrepreneurs. Developed by Main Street Alabama and funded by the Small Business Administration (SBA), AL Spark aims to foster economic growth while preserving the character of Main Street communities across the state.
The initiative operates through three core programs:
- Livewire – Provides business development resources and training.
- Illuminate – Offers marketing grants to enhance visibility for local businesses.
- Bright Ideas – A business pitch competition encouraging innovation.
As part of the Illuminate program, seven Anniston businesses have been selected to receive a $1,000 marketing grantafter successfully completing online marketing courses. The 2024 grant recipients are:

- Coldwater Mountain Brewpub
- SRV Guitars
- Romarin et Corbeaux
- Sinclair Social
- Wig’s Wheels
- Full Bellie Deli
