**Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale of Jacksonville Crossing Retail Center in Alabama**
Jacksonville, AL – Jacksonville’s retail landscape has shifted with the sale of Jacksonville Crossing, a 56,401-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center. The deal, facilitated by commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap, marks a notable transaction in the region’s commercial property market.
The retail center, located at 1555 Pelham Road S., was sold to private investors. Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Atlanta offices, represented by Philip Levy and Zach Taylor, managed the sale on behalf of the seller. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured through the firm’s marketing efforts. Eddie Greenhalgh served as Marcus & Millichap’s Broker of Record for Alabama.
Jacksonville Crossing, which features a mix of national and local retailers, including Dollar Tree, Baja California Grill, and Cricket Wireless, is currently 67% occupied. A new 10-year lease with Five Below serves as an anchor for the center. Additionally, its proximity to a Walmart Supercenter adds to its strategic significance.
This sale comes as Jacksonville continues to see growth in its retail sector, attracting both local businesses and national chains. Marcus & Millichap’s involvement highlights ongoing investment interest in the area, as developers and investors look to capitalize on the region’s economic potential.
