Pell City, AL — Today, Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider, brought NASCAR excitement straight to the fans with a special meet-and-greet event featuring Ryan Blaney, NASCAR Cup Series driver of Team Penske’s No. 12 Ford Mustang. Blaney welcomed fans at the Advance Auto Parts store in Pell City from 12:30 to 2 p.m., kicking off a weekend of racing festivities leading up to Sunday’s Jack Link’s 500 at Talladega.
The event offered more than just a chance to meet a racing star. Families enjoyed food, games, and live music, with 95.1 The Mountain providing an energetic onsite broadcast. Attendees also had the chance to search for hidden golden tickets throughout the store, redeemable for gift cards, exclusive Ryan Blaney merchandise, and other racing collectibles.
Meanwhile, Advance Auto Parts locations across the area — including two stores in Anniston — joined in the celebration. Customers who spent $50 or more at participating locations received a free Ryan Blaney Fan Pack filled with racing-themed merchandise.
