ANNISTON, AL – The Northeast Alabama Wellness Alliance (NAWA) held its second Wellness Mini-Retreat of 2025 on Saturday, July 26, at Sinclair Social in Anniston. The free event, which ran from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., brought together local health professionals, vendors, and community members for a day focused on mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
Attendees enjoyed a variety of interactive demonstrations, educational speakers, and opportunities to connect with health- and wellness-focused businesses offering products and services. The event welcomed individuals at all stages of their wellness journey, from beginners to those with years of experience in healthy living.
NAWA representatives emphasized the importance of community connection and access to resources that promote overall well-being. The event aimed to create a welcoming space where participants could ask questions, explore natural wellness options, and discover support for living a healthier lifestyle.
