This popular community event promises a full afternoon of festive fun, featuring candy giveaways, costume contests, local vendors, inflatables, and family activities for all ages. Known for transforming downtown into a Halloween haven, Neewollah on Noble offers both traditional treats and creative community flair.
Event organizers are also calling for local vendors to participate.
