FORM OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama 1975, notice is hereby given that Morrow Water Technologies, Inc. has completed, to a substantial point of completion, the Fields Well Construction Project for the Calhoun County, AL Water Authority. This notice will appear for four consecutive weeks. All claims in connection with this project should be filed with CDG Engineering, Inc. (Jeff Harrison, P.E.) at 197 East University Drive, Suite No. 1, Auburn, AL 36832.
