    • Commendation  – Police Department
      • Officer Miller heard a call go out and responded to that location where a 40 year old had collapsed and was not breathing. He was able to start CPR on that individual and continued until the time that paramedics arrived on scene. The combined efforts saved that individuals life. It’s a great day for when first responders are able to save a life, and lie police officer is being recognized publicly for the job he did and does everyday.
    • Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to Carol Frederick for a structure located at 300 Snow Street to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned. – No comments
    • Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to Carol Frederick for a structure located at 308 Snow Street to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned. – No comments
    • Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to William Daniel Hurt and Donna Harrison Hurt for a structure located at 130 Snow Street to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned. – No comments
  • Consent Agenda – Unanimously Accepted
    • Resolution No. 2022 – 130 – Resolution condemning the structure located at 300 Snow Street.
    • Resolution No. 2022 – 131 – Resolution condemning the structure located at 308 Snow Street.
    • Resolution No. 2022 – 132 – Resolution condemning the structure located at 130 Snow Street.
    • Resolution No. 2022- 133 – Resolution awarding the bid and authorizing a contract for Shaved Ice Sales for the Parks and Recreation Department with Kona Ice of Calhoun County.
    • Resolution No. 2022 – 134 – Resolution granting a one-time $75.00 pay raise for City employees in the month of December, 2022.
