Oxford, AL – The Oxford Pubic library has a three summer exercise programs that are free and open to the public. On Mondays you can enjoy Chi Kung at 9:00 am. Participants will do Chi-Kung by watching a video of Scott Cole. They meet in the Community Room. On Wednesdays in the community room there is yoga at 9:00 am. On Thursdays there is Tai Chi at 9:00 am in the community room.
