Oxford Woman Killed in Dallas County Crash

Dallas County, AL – An Oxford woman, 27-year-old Nina Mims, lost her life in a single-vehicle accident in Dallas County late Friday night, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).

The crash occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Alabama Highway 22, roughly 13 miles west of Selma. Mims was driving a Honda Pilot when her vehicle left the road, struck a tree, and ignited. Tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
