Anniston, AL – This is a nationwide, nonpartisan event – With Arraignment, Anniston, AL, Sends A Message Trump is Not Above the Law Nationwide Rallies to Demand Accountability as Trump, Others Charged in 2020 Election interference Investigation
WHAT: People in Anniston, AL, and across the nation are demanding accountability for former U.S. President Donald Trump and his co-conspirators for their criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election, which culminated in the violent attack on our country on January 6th, 2021.
WHO: Residents of Calhoun and surrounding counties. Guest speaker: retired federal judge James Sledge.
WHEN: The event will take place at 5:30pm on Thursday, August 3rd, the day of former President Trump’s arraignment.
WHERE: Assembly will be at 812 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201 (parking lot adjacent to Calhoun County Democratic Committee headquarters). Participants will walk up Noble Street to the parking lot at 12th St. & Noble, across from the old federal courthouse, adjacent to the Calhoun County Courthouse, and in sight of the new federal courthouse. Speaker there.
